Senior Integrity and Reliability Engineer Air Energi

We are recruiting for a Senior Integrity and Reliability Engineer to work for a global Operator based in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities

Contribute to a strong safety culture within MOQ by ensuring HSSEQ is agreed clear and transparent in any developed documents.



Central to all activities is the institutionalisation of safe working practices and embedding a culture of performance excellence on both the 39what39 and the 39how39



Ensure full compliance in any future project work with MOQ standards and practices from maintenance perspective.



Ensures that all Maintenance amp reliability aspects are considered in any future projects.



Ensures that all documentation required to support ongoing maintenance activities is delivered by projects



Ensures that maintenance requirements from projects are discussed at the appropriate level



Delivers on maintenance requirements i.e. RAM modelling Reliability centred maintenance RCM ensuring that these subjects are discussed and embedded in project deliverables



Supports the collaborative working environment and ensure all operational maintenance and reliability aspects are evaluated and embedded into the philosophiesstrategies.



Ensures that maintenance Inservice integrity is met at project handover.



Analysing processes and procedures and make recommendations regarding cost effective maintenance amp reliability improvements throughout the project phase



Conduct critical reviewassessments of systems and processes for maintenance amp reliability throughout the project phase.



Ensure that quality clarity and accuracy for the Operationsmaintenance amp Reliability deliverablesrequirements are imbedded into the philosophiesstrategies



Responsible from a maintenance amp reliability perspective for facilitating effective cross functional working sessions ensuring lessons learnt from previous FDP projects are recorded and evaluated for future projects



Fully implement and ensure effective 39fit for purpose39 maintenance amp reliability processes in conjunction with projects



Lead role within the operations liaison team to achieve world class maintenance reliability and integrity throughout the life of the project



Ensure that in house maintenance amp reliability documents are fully understood by projects and that current methodology is embedded in project deliverables



While working in the Operations liaison team a number of confidential documents will be shared or displayed this information39s is not to be distributed or shared without approval.



Encourages and leads continuous improvement challenging the status quo and entrenched working practices



Ensures that the latest technology is considered for future growth and sustainability throughout the project phase.

Who we are looking for

The ideal candidate will have



Bachelor39s degree or relevant industry experience in Engineering preferred or discipline specific qualification.



A minimum of 10 years39 experience in the petrochemical oilgas exploration or production industries preferable in similar position.



Onshore and offshore experience



Experienced with maintenance reliability amp operational background in OampM demonstrated through solid working knowledge



Has fundamental understanding and knowledge of maintenance amp reliability principles and processes



Detailed knowledge of production process and utility systems.



Wide knowledge of maintenance techniques and procedures.



Knowledge and experience in the application of industry best in class maintenance and reliability.



Ability to analyse problems assess risk profile determine action and develop solutions communicating intentions to projects.
