Project Manager Construction Randstad Construction amp Property Engineering

Project Construction Manager for major operative company based in Switzerland.

My client is seeking an individual who has detailed knowledge and working experience in the field of Construction Management due to increase of projects with a key focus on jetties mooring systems and Petroleum Depots.

As a minimum the incumbent should be skilled in EPCM Management Contracts Management Relationship Management Budgeting and Scheduling Management and must have a strong body of knowledge of the science of Construction Management amp Construction Supervision. A high level of energy and ability to manage a diverse and challenging workload as well as a strong ProHSE mentality are key requirements.

RequirementsExperience

• Bsc Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering


• 15 years expereince in construction


• Knowledge of the international codes and standards in petroleum depots and marine facilities.


• Knowledge of marine principles.


• Knowledge of all facets of HSE as it pertains to Construction Projects.


• Communicate and Lead Large and diversified workforce.


• Manage range of RoleplayersContractors.


• Construction and HSE Implementation and Management


• Planning


• Scheduling


• Budgeting


• Thorough knowledge of international codes and standards i.e. ASME API ANSI
