Job Description



Our client a wellestablished UK industrial group is opening a new industrial facility in Abu Dhabi by end of 2013. We are recruiting an HR Manager who will lead their manpower planning and HR strategy 100 staffs to be recruited in coordination with the local General Manager and the UK Head Office. This is a very unique and exciting opportunity for an experienced and dynamic HR manager with experience in large scale operations. If you are an individual that thinks differently this opportunity is for you ! Your will be expected to maintain and enhance the organization’s human resources by planning implementing training and evaluating employees and human resources policies programs and practices. This individual should have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role within the UAE or wider GCC and have good English language skills. This individual will think carefully about how we take good care of our people and build high performing teams. This will involve thinking a little differently and doing things outside of the norm ie flags photos of workers’ countries in the laundry organizing regular sporting fixtures having a day when the management team serve food festival party days etc …. As well as the standard HR requirements this candidate should have sound knowledge of the UAE labor law and wage structures excellent computer skills and effective PR and public speaking skills.
