Function

The Corrosion amp Metallurgy Engineer studies monitors and reports on environmental conditions in the Refinery that cause deterioration of metals by corrosion or a combination of corrosion and other adverse factors and recommends solutions. Coordinates corrosion control activities with Operations Technical Services Maintenance amp Engineering departments and contractors39 representatives.



Candidate Requirements

Bachelor39s degree in Metallurgical Engineering or equivalent with around 6 years of experience in plant inspection in a refinery or petrochemical industries preferably with high pressuretemperature system.
