The Role



As an ambassador for the brand you will offer a customer focused service ensuring all customer needs are met and expectations exceeded.



Within this role you will

Maximise sales opportunities through excellent customer service and product knowledge

Assist the Store Manager in training new stylists

Offer a positive brand aligned experience ensuring customer retention.

Skills

Qualifications Requirements



Experience of the beauty industry is essential and experience in a similar role is preferred.

High school level of education.

Engaging and friendly communication style.
