STRUCTURAL CONTROLLER

Our client is a European Engineering Management Company established for 60 years and renowned internationally for customer focused project delivery. They are headquartered in Southern Europe with offices in several locations including Italy Romania Africa and the Middle East.



We are looking to recruit hundreds of professionals for a 700site 15M m2 prestigious construction project across Saudi Arabia one of the largest multisite contracts in the world and will consider wellqualified professionals and engineers of all disciplines.

If you have outstanding qualifications and solid constructionproject experience we would be interested to hear from you especially if you are a STRUCTURAL CONTROLLER for this prestigious construction project based in Riyadh Saudi Arabia.

To be successful in this role you will need to be a civil or architectural engineer holding a certificate from an internationally recognized technical institute.

Skills

•Knowledge of practical application of engineering science and technology

•Knowledge of structural engineering design and construction principles and practices

•Experience in all phases of design of public work structures

•Knowledge of Quality Control and Quality Assurance efforts for final design and construction

•Ability to review interpret and prepare engineering plans technical specifications drawings and contract documents.

•Ability to facilitate and coordinate employees consultants and contractors activities

• Ability to exercise sound independent judgment within established guidelines

•Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing

•Familiarity with AutoCAD structural engineeringFEM project management and office computer programs

• Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with employees supervisors consultants and the general public including those from culturally diverse backgrounds the elderly persons with disabilities andor other vulnerable populations

•Ability to communicate clearly and effectively orally and in writing

•Ability to interact successfully with all levels of personnel including contractors and intergovernmental agency contacts

•Ability to function effectively in a support role

•Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills

•Good judgment problem solving and analytical skills

•Ability to make logical decisions

•Ability to plan organize review and document wide range of project activities with good followthrough

•Accurate and detail oriented

•Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision

•Ability to manage deadlinedriven workload

•Ability to work effectively in a diverse work force

•Fluent in reading writing and speaking the English language
