Role SummaryPurpose

GE Healthcare develops and sells to hospitals across the world including Europe USA Canada Australia the Middle East a proprietary Computerized Maintenance Management Software CMMS called AssetPlus. As part of its growth strategy GE Healthcare is investing into AssetPlus with the intent of becoming number 1 in this field.

Essential Responsibilities

This in turn means GE are looking to source a Software Delivery Support Engineer to be based in Riyadh Saudi Arabia to work closely with the Delivery and Support Leader of the MEA region. Implement GEHC's AssetPlus software at hospitals and healthcare service providers in KSA and the Middle East region. Train user groups at customer sites Biomed engineers Nurses IT...etc on how the use maintain AssetPlus software Support users with technical issues that arise postimplementation Support the extended delivery teams in MEA with advanced technical issues remote support. Develop and implement interfaces between AssetPlus and client systems for maximizing impact of the product. Lead analysis of performance with strong analytical and Excel skills Package deliverables to be reused as best practice for all EMEA Leverage network to identify new leads Identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts Leverage internal GE network to promote Asset Plus solution Support proposal generation and scoping of opportunities

QualificationsRequirements

Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent 35 years' relevant work experience Advanced communication skills with ability to interact with customers of different levels of seniority and background managers engineers technicia
