As part of a major endeavor we are looking to enhance and further build out the Social Media footprint and initiatives for our clients . The end goal is to build a Center of Excellence in Social Media. This is your chance to have an impact on the transformation of our soon to be “Best In Class” Social Media agency. As a Community Manager your will be in charge of monitoring and moderating conversations on all social media sites on behalf of clients including but not limited to Facebook Twitter LinkedIn YouTube Google and Instagram. You will also manage listening and monitoring efforts to ensure we are gaining valuable insights from social media conversations. Responds and engages with user posts and comments. Routes inbound conversations to appropriate cross functional teams. Tag assign and archive conversations in social media moderation system. Escalate posts and comments to appropriate cross functional teams. Work with our conversation monitoring tools to track online conversations and sentiment. Respond reactively and engage proactively ensuring brand voice and a high level of responsiveness are maintained. Partner with crossfunctional teams to develop and optimize response and engagement strategies. Listen and monitor social media conversation. Use insights gathered to inform content development and other areas. Collect valuable listening intelligence to be distributed across organization. Coordinate the social media content calendar. Work with social media team and agency partners to develop social content. Collect content from other Platforms and cross functional teams. Compile content into a calendar format for distribution. Post content across social media channels. Establish and evaluate metrics and performance benchmarks for programs. Compile regular reports tracking sentiment share of voice and other relevant metrics. Help build and optimize social marketing programs focused on consumer engagement and improving brand awareness and consideration of our clients. Monitor and stay up to date on relevant trending topics and changes to social media platforms to quickly locate opportunities for engagement. Identify new tools technology trends that clients should be utilizing. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 12 years of demonstrated social media community management experience Strong written and oral communication skills in both arabic and english are required Familiarity with social media networks and tools Familiarity with various computer software and hardware preferred
