SENIOR MECHANIC SITE ENGINEER

Our client is a European Engineering Management Company established for 60 years and renowned internationally for customer focused project delivery. They are headquartered in Southern Europe with offices in several locations including Italy Romania Africa and the Middle East.



We are looking to recruit hundreds of professionals for a 700site 15M m2 prestigious construction project across Saudi Arabia one of the largest multisite contracts in the world and will consider wellqualified professionals and engineers of all disciplines.

If you have outstanding qualifications and solid constructionproject experience we would be interested to hear from you especially if you are a SENIOR MECHANIC SITE ENGINEER for this prestigious construction project based in Riyadh Saudi Arabia.

To be successful in this role you will need to be an engineer holding a university degree or Masters in a field of mechanical engineering from an internationally recognized university.

Skills

•Knowledge of practical application of engineering science and technology

•Read and interpret blueprints technical drawings schematics and computergenerated report

•Ability to research design evaluate install operate and maintain mechanical products equipment systems and processes to meet requirements applying knowledge of engineering principles

•Ability to investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation and to make recommendations to maintenance crew

•Knowledge to establish and coordinate the maintenance and safety procedures service schedule and supply of materials required to maintain machines and equipment in the prescribed condition



•Ability to identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions

•Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions conclusions or approaches to problems

•Knowledge of scientific rules and methods to solve problems

•Ability to evaluate the desired goal of the system and develope design or select the required equipment power controls piping structures and earthwork to achieve the goal

•Knowledge of calculations and evaluations in the design of equipment and systems for industrial and commercial applications

•Experience in planning cost development and management and scheduling for assigned projects

•Ability to direct activities to ensure that construction installation and operational testing conform to functional specifications recognized codes and standards and customer requirements

•Ability to maintain effective communication with project team members and with the customer

•Knowledge of CAD and other PC software packages typically associated with mechanical engineering

•Ability to communicate clearly and effectively orally and in writing

•Ability to interact successfully with all levels of personnel including contractors and intergovernmental agency contacts

•Good judgment problem solving and analytical skills

•Ability to plan organize review and document wide range of project activities with good followthrough

•Accurate and detail oriented

•Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision

•Ability to manage deadlinedriven workload

•Ability to work effectively in a diverse work force

•Fluent in reading writing and speaking the English language
