Procurement Business Analyst

Brief Posting Description



Provide Business Support to the Procurement Directorate and acts as focal point across predefined areas. Provides the Senior Business Analyst with support as required.



Detailed Description



•Provides support to the Senior Business Analyst as required

•Prepares reports and conducts analysis using available tools

•Provides vendor data to Procurement Directorate s as required

•Obtains vendor data from relevant publications and sources including the internet

•Dispatches and receives Vendor Registration documentation

•Facilitates Senior Business Analyst in the evaluation of Vendor Registration submissions as required

•Conducts visits to Vendors in coordination with Senior Business Analyst

•Participates on Business Support projects and initiatives as required

•Provides administrative support to the Senior Business Analyst

•Suggests and develops new ways of improving and delivering Business Support

•Acts as Business Support focal point for selected customers

•Participates in improvement teams as required

•Coordinates the communications sent to vendors

•Aids the development of MampC marketing initiatives

المهارات

•Degree in any discipline.

•Minimum 5 years experience in similar position.

•Good written and spoken English and Arabic preferred

•Good computer skills especially MS Office and Oracle e.Business Suite

•Ability to prepare written reports.

•Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
