ABOUT THIS JOB



Under broad direction provides direct instruction and supervision to other Field Engineers on daytoday well site work and activities. Provides advice and direction to external customer and thirdparty well site colleagues as appropriate.

Provides resolution to a diverse scope and range of complex problems at the well site where analysis of data requires having a broad knowledge of the product line's tools andor service.

Work is evaluated upon completion by local Operations Management and the external Customer to ensure objectives have been met.

Acts as a project leader and mentors junior field engineers. Executes other related duties as assigned.

Conducts all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.





KEY RESPONSIBILITIESACCOUNTABILITIES

• Supervises junior members of the team


• Responsible for knowing the operational status of field equipment at the well site and maintaining it when appropriate.


• Executes other related duties as assigned.


• Conducts all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.


• Develop and demonstrate proficiency in the skill profile required for the delivery of Logging while Drilling services at the well site.
  
  
  
  ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONSREQUIREMENTS
  
  
  
  

  
  
  • Successfully complete advanced technical training and assigned well site development Programs.
  
  
  • Good mechanical aptitude.
  
  
  • Radiation Protection Supervisor
  
  
  • Ability to work well and communicate well with others. Two year Technical Degree preferred minimum High School diploma.
  
  
  • Industry experience and product line training required.
