Financial Accountant Al Khobar KSA

We are looking to hire a Financial Accountant to be based in Al Khobar KSA. The successful candidate will ensure the integrity of accounting information by recording verifying consolidating and entering transactions. The candidate will support financial decisionmaking information by collecting analyzing investigating and reporting financial data. The ideal candidate should be a graduate of Accountancy or Finance with professional registration as CPA CIMA or CFA advantage with at a minimum of 3 years of experience on this field with strong knowledge using ERP software.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• 
  


• Prepares and records asset liability revenue and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
  


• Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying allocating posting reconciling transactions resolving discrepancies.
  


• Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts preparing a trial balance reconciling entries.
  


• Summarizes financial status by collecting information preparing balance sheet profit and loss and other statements.
  


• Produces payroll journal between legacy and ERP. Completes external audit by analyzing and scheduling general ledger accounts providing information for auditors.
  


• Avoids legal challenges by complying with legal requirements.
  


• Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
  


• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities reading professional publications maintaining personal networks participating in professional organizations.
  


• Prepares monthly statements by collecting data analyzing and investigating variances summarizing data information and trends.
  


• Prepares quarterly and annual financial statements by assembling data.
  


• Responds to financial inquiries by gathering analyzing summarizing and interpreting data.
  


• Provides financial advice by studying operational issues applying financial principles and practices developing recommendations.
  


• Prepares special reports by studying variances preparing budgets developing forecasts.
  


• Updates job knowledge by keeping current with financial regulations and accepted practices participating in educational opportunities reading professional publications maintaining personal networks participating in professional organizations.
