CONSTRUCTION LOCATIONS MANAGER

Our client is a European Engineering Management Company established for 60 years and renowned internationally for customer focused project delivery. They are headquartered in Southern Europe with offices in several locations including Italy Romania Africa and the Middle East.



We are looking to recruit hundreds of professionals for a 700site 15M m2 prestigious construction project across Saudi Arabia one of the largest multisite contracts in the world and will consider wellqualified professionals and engineers of all disciplines.

If you have outstanding qualifications and solid constructionproject experience we would be interested to hear from you especially if you are a CONSTRUCTION LOCATIONS MANAGER for this prestigious construction project based in Riyadh Saudi Arabia.

To be successful in this role you will need to be a civil or architectural engineer holding a university degree or Masters in civilarchitectural engineering or project management from an internationally recognized university.

Skills

•Knowledge of practical application of engineering science and technology

•Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes client needs assessment meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of client satisfaction

•Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning resource allocation human resources modeling leadership technique and coordination of people and resources

•Broad experience in construction projects and overseeing construction project management quality control engineering execution and supervision of subcontractors

•Ability to specify project objectives and plans including delineation of scope budgeting scheduling setting performance requirements

•Ability to ensure that the contractor performs his work in a manner that does not cause unnecessary or improper interference to the public including access to the public roads and footpaths

•Experience in keeping detailed records of the progress of the works the contractor`s construction equipment labor deployment and material usage on a daytoday basis

•Ability to ensure that the inspection test plan method statements for each and every activity are being followed to achieve the required quality

•Experience in investigating sites condition do determine any kind of obstacles for the proposed construction during the site taking over by the contractor

•Experience in coordinating testing of materials processes or systems related to engineering works

•Ability to follow the approved detailed programs in order to monitor the performance of site activities

•Experience of inspecting including the sampling checking and testing where required of all materials and workmanship to ensure that the completed works comply with the specifications the drawings and the issuing of notices to the contractor of any defects or deficiencies

•Ability to communicate clearly and effectively orally and in writing

•Ability to interact successfully with all levels of personnel including contractors and intergovernmental agency contacts

•Ability to function effectively in a support role

•Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills

•Good judgment problem solving and analytical skills

•Ability to make logical decisions

•Ability to plan organize review and document wide range of project activities with good followthrough

•Fluent in reading writing and speaking Arabic and English language
