Boutique Manager Fragrance Specialist for a Luxury Fragrance Concept

General Purpose



To be the driving force behind the Boutiquersquos performance and responsible for the Sales Team. The role will predominantly be to drive motivate coach and engage the team as well as encourage excellent service.



Main Responsibilities Include



bull Manages the daily operation of highend fragrance boutique.

bull Develop strategies to improve customer service.

bull Drive store sales and increase profitability.

bull Achieving sales targets and follow up on stock availability.

bull Contacting customers to announce new product launches and or promotional activity.

bull Be the brand ambassador of the boutique.

bull Daily inventory and stock control.

bull Manage boutique staff and ensure consistent customer service is met.

bull Assessment of staff on a monthly basis and identify training requirement.

bull Exceptional product knowledge
