The role will be based in their vibrant and growing Dubai office.The company concerned are very well established across the GCC and have an enviable portfolio of work with an excellent reputation in the industry not just for their projects but also in the great manner in which they reward and respect their staff.The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a well established mechanical design team and working on multiple projects as a Project Manager. The incumbent will also be solely responsible for the development and growth of the mechanical team across the UAE.Candidates will be degree qualified from a recognised western university and will ideally be Chartered.Minimum 15 years post graduate experience in the mechanical building services industry.It is essential that you have previous experience and a proven track record in developing and creating client relationships along with strong commercial expertise.Extensive experience and a proven ability in leading motivating and managing design teams and large multidisciplinary projects for international consultancy practices.Previous working knowledge of the Middle East construction industry is preferred.High Rise projects experience is desirableIn return this world renowned consultancy can offer you more...
