This job can be related to a product segment andor a geographical area.Essential Responsibilities Key responsibilitiesessential functions include





Responsible for service PampL in hisher product segment andor geographical area



Ensures data quality in the different Service management tools Installed Base Contracts Warranty



Drives and follow up invoicing process for Contracts and Non contracts



Drives financial closing with the finance team



Drives contract management



Drives productivity projects



Provides business reporting



Interfaces on regular basis with the HQ Business Operations team for best practices sharing andor needs for improvements



Quality Specific Goals





Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual Quality Management System Quality Management Policy Quality Goals and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job typeposition



Complete all planned Quality amp Compliance training within the defined deadlines



Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required.



Knowledge and understanding of all Environmental Health Policies including but not limited to GE Healthcare EHS Policies GE Healthcare Fleet Rules etc. and operate within them to ensure that no company policy or US Int'l andor local Law is broken



Participate in continuous improvement activities by identifying and appropriately escalating process and product quality gaps providing solutions when possibleQualificationsRequirements 1. Degree in business or related field of study with a minimum of 5 years experience in an operations leadership role



2. Excellent verbal written and communication skills also in English



3. Proficient in the soft skills necessary to be an effective project manager



4. Proven leadership and effective decisionmaking capabilities



5. Negotiation skillsexperience



6. Proven project management experience in complex environments



7. Ability to monitor and manages critical path elements of consolidated projects



8. Ability to manage all aspects of customer service customer satisfaction and contractual commitments



9. Ability to make formal presentations internal and external
