Job Description

The job holder is responsible for maximizing the business revenue by providing leadership support and advice to the members of Sales and operational team. He will be directly responsible for the performance of the Store Managers under his watch. The job holder is essentially responsible for the implementation and maintenance of professional retail standards across stores to drive the business and gain customer satisfaction.

Sales and profitability

bull Assisting Store Manager and Area Managers in analyzing the strengths and weaknesses per store utilizing the financial profit and loss reports and provide corrective action plans

bull Manage controllable operating costs within budgetary guidelines

bull Ensure Store Managers conduct effective communication sessions with their respective teams in regards to sales targets and performances

bull Monitor sales and communicate results to all territories for motivational and comparative purposes

bull Identify internal and external commercial opportunities within each territory

bull Guide Area Managers and Stores Managers to maximize productivity in stores through effective deployment of staff

bull Ensure effective store layouts with regard to sales versus space contributions

bull Provide support to stores managers with their territory stock queriesneeds via communication with Assistant Brand manager.
