Our Saudi Arabia Dhahran is now in need of an expert Research amp Development Manager as follows.





JOB BACKGROUND



Manage and lead a research and development technical team developing advanced and highly reliable products and systems. Responsibilities include managing a technical team in Dhahran Saudi Arabia being the focal point for research and development in the Middle East operating region and driving identification and development of new products that support business activities in the Gulf Region in collaboration with the broader Weatherford RampD organization.





JOB REQUIREMENTS



Bachelor degree in Engineering or Geosciences

At least ten years experience in the oil and gas industry

Expert domain knowledge in drilling petroleum engineering completions geosciences

Geo mechanics andor reservoir engineering

A proven track record of product development with a demonstrated high level of initiative

Demonstrated experience regarding technology innovation and commercialisation in the oil and gas industry
