Recruitment Specialist

Responsible and accountable for

•You are responsible to perform assigned human resource functions under the guidance of country human resource office and under supervision of Recruitment SupervisorManager according to the Salehiya human resource policies.



Main tasks

•Assist the Recruitment SupervisorManager in implementing the annual recruitment plan

•Receive employment applications update HR data base and send acknowledgement letters to candidates who have applied for coworker levelpositions

•Conducts 1st interview for candidate and provide feedback to the Recruitment SupervisorManager

•Assist Recruitment SupervisorManager in arranging interviews and appointments of short listed candidate

•Support Recruitment SupervisorManager with weekly update on recruitment progress

•Prepare employment offer letter for selected candidate and maintain update employee file

•Ensure contract has been signed and acknowledged

•Ensure handover of the complete name tag staff ID card and staff handbook to the new hired employees

•Assist conducting orientation programme sessions and arrange onthejob training for new hires

•You are responsible to update the Organization Chart on monthly basis

•Process all documentation for new hired employee.

•Update the HR database about employee evaluation results

•Perform other duties and responsibilities as required for smooth and efficient operation.

Profile of suitable candidates



Education Experience

•35 years Experience in working with human resource department preferably in Recruitment.



Communication skills

•Must be able to speak and understand English Arabic

•Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

•Must be able to share knowledge and learning

•Must have ability and sense of active learning

•Ability to multitask and work independently in a fastpaced environment



Leadership skills

•Able to accept criticism and deal calmly and effectively within high stress situations

•Must have the ability to create an environment where the Salehiya values are a strong and living reality that embraces the diversity of coworkers and visitors
