Provide technical leadership and oversight of all application changes and ensure vendors are meeting the client’s standards and best practices.

•Act as the technical subject matter expert for the applications in the portfolio.

• Carry out requirements reviews design reviews and code reviews.

Mentor team members to improve their technical skills and application knowledge.

•Ensure that standards and best practices are documented and that the documentation is kept up to date.

•Create proof of concepts to validate potential technical solutions.
