The successful candidate has to ensure compliance with the bankrsquos internal policies and procedures for extension of credit to corporate clients.

Responsibilities

• Amend and control existing limits based on proper assurance that all required collateral and covenants are in place.


• Generate all portfolio related reports monitor rates for repricing of financing and follow up with the management on risk issues.


• Prepare Corporate legal agreements and Collateral documents through employment of standard documents which are Sharia approved.


• Capture register monitor control and report all types of collateral offered by the customers in order to ensure that the required coverage ratio is in place.


• Formulate strategy business plan policies and procedures of the Credit Administration Unit in order to support the Divisional and Organizational business strategy.

  Requirements

  
  

  
  
  • Bachelorrsquos degree in any finance related discipline though an additional MBA or financing related certification will be an added value.
  
  
  • At least 1015 years of experience in credit risk management of which 10 years of experience must be in various functions of Credit Administration.
  
  
  • At least 5 years as a Head of Credit Administration in a leading bank in the GCC of which minimum of 3 years of experience must be in an Islamic Bank.
  
  
  • Must be a fluent Arabic speaker.
