Full Time IT Support Engineer

A media company in Dubai Media City is looking for IT Support Engineer that must have 3 years experience in Information Technology industry. Candidates who are interested can send their CV with latest photo.

• Knowledge of information security for inhouse clients environments Microsoft and Macintosh.


• Strong basic understanding of applications support on Adobe CS and MS Office.


• Basic knowledge of servers and networking.


• General understanding of working within the internet environment.


• Must have a passion for troubleshooting client problems and satisfying customer needs.


• Must be selfmotivated with a sense of urgency and efficiency and a strong work ethic.


• Able to proactively and independently resolve issues yet also function well within a team.


• Able to researches resolves and responds to customer issues received via telephone and email.
