Admin Assistant Executive Secretary

• Provides the highest level of administrative editorial and secretarial

support.

• Must understand amp assist with the flow of confidential information.

• Provide Support to Executive Level Management

• Ability to meet deadlines with a high degree of accuracy and

effectiveness.

• Perform all administrative tasks and other duties related to the

department head.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Punctual and with high level of honesty and integrity

• Knowledge of MS Office Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook Access.

• Must be fluent in both languages Arabic amp English speaking and

writing.



• Education Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or

equivalent.

• Experience Min.7 years experience in the same field out of 2 years

as Executive Secretary to CEOMD in a large organization.
