Minimum Requirements Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent 5 year of experience as Process Engineer in refineries Excellent English communication skills Process Engineer certifications and Hazardous Materials Engineer License or equivalent preferred Who we're looking for Possess problem solving skills and good knowledge of process engineering practices. Knowledge of basic plant operations economic principles calculation methods and design details. Naphtha Reformer plants experience is required. Ability to review and comment on plant design specifications drawings 3D models HAZOP SIL. Possess operations trouble shooting skills for normalstartupshutdowns. Develop standard operations procedures SOP for NaphthaReformer processes for Axens Licensor. Duties Responsibilities Evaluate and improve on processes in manufacturing systems. Maintain reliable and safe manufacturing systems while improving production rates efficiencies yields costs and changeovers. Develop innovative solutions. Improve process capability and production volume while maintaining and improving quality standards. Prepare samples for study. Collect record and transcribe data. Show results in reports. Provide suggestions during incident investigations. Advise on corrective actions. Work with equipment designers and manufacturing officers to develop a costeffective and working production process. Ensure financial budgets are followed. Review plant design operation and troubleshooting. Control and optimization of chemical physical advanced material process through the systematic methods.
