The role will require the selected applicant to closely collaborates with the Project Manager in planning directing coordinating budgeting monitoring controlling executing and exercising functional authority for all and closing of the projects within his area of assigned authority. Participate in the conceptual development of a construction project and oversee its organization scheduling and implementation.
