You will be responsible for: ü providing direction to shift leaders, and staff to achieve restaurant goals ü identifying and delegating responsibilities to shift leaders and staff to ensure objectives are met and excellent service is consistently achieved ü effectively managing the restaurant in the absence of the Restaurant Manager ü developing and implementing creative solutions to areas of improvement Our Customer takes pride in their commitment and respect to their clients, employees, products, and services. Focusing on quality control, logistics, operation, service and architecture, increasing their market share and aggregating social and economic value to the areas they are in. Customer’s aim is to be a reference in the meat, healthy sandwiches and salads. Once you became a Restaurant Manager you will get: ü net salary $750-850 (depending on work experience); ü visa, air tickets, free accommodation; ü medical insurance. To get this Job you should: ü speak Arabic and English; ü have Diploma in Hospitality; ü have minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
