Club Services Executive Manager (Relocation to Qatar)

We are looking for a professional club manager to be responsible for managing all activities in Recreation, Housekeeping and Engineering departments and for delivering an excellent guest experience. Our customer, a luxury club based in Qatar, is looking for an enthusiastic Club Services Executive Manager to join their established team. Location: Doha, Qatar About Employer: It is a luxury and famous club in Qatar and it has a reputation as the leading family club within Doha, Qatar. The club provides recreational, leisure and dining facilities for senior government staff, top businessmen, members of the diplomatic and their families. Working conditions: • Work and residence permit paid by customer • Family visa + accommodation • Unlimited contract • Official salary 4942 USD +bonuses • Transportation, duty meals • Air ticket, paid vacation • Full medical insurance Responsibilities: • Manage and coordinate the activities of the Recreation, Housekeeping and the Engineering Departments • Prepare and monitor departmental budgets, identify and control variances where necessary. • Prepare and implement Standard Operating Procedures for all departments • Identify areas where the operation of the departments can be enhanced to increase revenue and provide additional services • Interact positively with co-workers and guests to promote a team effort and maintain a positive and professional approach. • Keep abreast with the municipal authorities’ safety regulations and make sure club is complying with required health, safety and compliance requirements Requirements: • Previous working experience as a Club Service Executive Manager (up to 10 years) • Preference will be given to candidates with 5-star hotels or luxury club experience • Fluent English • Customer driven and an extremely proactive nature WHO ARE WE?
