Maintenance Engineer

The primary purpose of this position is to support all maintenance, repairs, upgrades and technological improvement aspects of all of services. - Supervise and participate in all maintenance activities, and troubleshooting. - Responsible for assigning all maintenance service requests to technicians. And schedule maintenance activities. - evaluate and train technicians through improving their practical and technical skills and supply them with equipment and spare parts required to complete their job efficiently. - Direct the efforts of the maintenance staff regarding their safety, quality of work, and efficiency of tasks. - Planning, supervising and following-up all tasks of the engineering department. - Monitoring work flow and reviewing work methods and procedures. - Determine corrective action necessary to minimize downtime, increase productivity, and maintain continuity of operations. - Revise each order's service time and actual maintenance versus what the customer requested. - Preparing daily reports of the maintenance department. - Adhere to defined guidelines in regards to safety, orderliness and tidiness in the workshop, including proper handling of tools and equipment. - Weekly and monthly reporting for maintenance visits, customer complains, released spare parts from the warehouse. - Approving and organizing spare parts and maintenance equipment. - Planning for the volume and specifications of the required spare parts and the Inventory of spare parts balances. - Responsible for spare parts release from warehouses. - Responsible for effectively planning and implementing all Maintenance services. - Read and interpret manuals and work orders to assign required maintenance and service. - Suggesting plans and programs to boost the effectiveness of the Maintenance department. - Keep up to date with latest equipment, technologies, and maintenance methods. - Meet companies' goals Mission & vision. - Forecasting requirements, creating a budget and scheduling expenses for the maintenance department. - Support and improve relationship with customers.
