Sales Supervisor
1. Achieves sales targets annually, half annually and monthly in different directions: through product category, SKU and ensures that the same sales targets are achieved in each branch by the sales representatives, in all channels and accounts. 2. Reviews and updates the upcoming month targets by branch, by salesman and by account. 3. Controls implementation of action plans and develops promotions strategy with monthly promotion targets or each account with reference to the plans developed by the Marketing team. 4. Identifies Sales KPI's and action plan based on approved monthly promotion targets and reviewing the progress weekly. 5. Ensures that the necessary market and product information for sales contract negotiations are collected and up to date. 6. Develops negotiation templates for the sales staff; based on approved promotion plan. 7. Analyzes the monthly sales progress and promotion activities, helps in answering his staff concerns and inquiries. 8. Coordinates with Production and Logistics departments to support sales and production balance control. 9. Builds communication channels between Sales Managers/ Supervisors and Sales Representatives to review the progress of sales targets and promotion activities. 10. Collects market, retailer and competitor data and share it with Marketing Department in order to act upon it and update the plans when needed.
