Plant manager
Plant manager needed for a big food industrial company at AlObour City Responsibilities • Co-ordinate with Production Manager and Logistics Manager once Sales Forecast has been received to plan the production • Monitor daily reports from each subordinate to ensure smooth running of the Plant. • Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets. • Receive reports from engineering to ensure machinery is running smoothly and is being maintained. If any defects Operations Manager to provide a solution • Ensure stock rotation and stock planning • Proper maintenance of facility with Preventative and corrective maintenance. Preventative maintenance to include best practices of all departments under operations to maintain facility. • Monitor the Financial Costs and ensure they are in adherence to the budget • Planning and organizing production schedules. • Collaborate and meet with other managers. Liaison with the financial department is of much significance. • Assessing project and resources requirements. • Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers. • Determining quality control standards. • Overseeing production processes. • High tolerance for stress and ability to demonstrate sound judgment and decision making under pressure. • Collect and analyze data to find places of waste or overtime. • Commit to plant safety procedures. • Ensure quality standards and specifications. Qualifications • Previous experience at leading F.m.c.g factory and Mangers. • Strong analytical and decision-making skills. • Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to balance production and maintenance needs. • Good communication skills .and able to communicate with all levels of the business. • Technically competent in understanding technical problems and challenges. • Good business acumen and ability to understand financial drives, P&L’s, costing. • Ability to lead others and influence and drive change • High tolerance for stress and ability to demonstrate sound judgment and decision making under pressure To apply • Interested and qualified applicants can submit a resume o.elhassan@smileysgroup.com.
