Business Development Manager
Position : Business Development Manager Job Location : Dammam - Saudi Arabia Job Descriptions: 1) Search for business opportunities through market studies, attending exhibitions, conferences and through internal requests from related company management. 2) Initiate and develop business proposals and participate in the feasibility studies of such proposals. Develop new markets for the existing company products in coordination with the Sales & Marketing department. 3) Conduct high level marketing and public relation activities in coordination with Vice President for sales and marketing. 4) Conducting initial evaluation and assessment on every business development project proposals. 5) Chairing a Project Development Committee. 6) Initiate budget request for project proposals. 7) Conducting review on various types of agreements (i.e., non-Disclosure, Purchase, Consultancy, Technical License, Service, Distribution, Sales, Strategic Alliance, Joint Venture, Acquisitions) in coordination with the company lawyer and respective Vice Presidents. 8) Spearheading negotiations with possible partners to successfully secure an agreement. 9) Ensures that the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 are being implemented and maintained.
