Software Tester Team Lead

• Lead software testing team to validate and test software projects on time according to system analysis and design specifications document. • Assist quality assurance manager in Monitoring individual employees’ performance. • Assist quality assurance manager in putting annual training plan for each employee according to his evaluation and the training assigned budget. • Assist quality assurance manager in Identifying required resources and performs technical interview for new candidates. • Help testers resolve both technical problems as well as human resources issues. • Provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate, and lead team members to their optimum performance levels and career development • Analyzing and testing of system analysis & design documents to ensure that there are no ambiguities. • Create and execute comprehensive test cases document including all scenarios and expected results. • System testing of applications to ensure they meet system analysis & design documents. • Functionality testing of applications to ensure they meet business analysis document. • Integration of applications testing to verify interfaces between different application components. • Produce descriptive bug reports to developers. • Regression testing of applications to identify any possible impacts caused by changes. • Perform system testing on site before moving to production phase.
