Deputy Chief Operations Officer
The incumbent of the position is responsible to assist the Chief Operations Officer (COO) in the day to day management of the Network of branches to ensure proper and smooth operation and Monitor the targets achievements against budget for all the other implemented products, such as SMEs, etc.; with special focus on supervising the SME portfolio and building the capacity of the SME team. The Deputy COO will oversee all aspects of the business. S/he will be assist in developing and formulating a Business Growth Plan, analyzing and understanding competition and market dynamics, recognizing opportunities for more operational efficiencies, developing human resources needed to achieve targeted outreach plans. The Deputy COO will ensure that outreach is market led, client focused and mission driven. The Deputy COO will monitor overall individual branch performance and development of branch portfolio to achieve business target while ensuring cost effective operations delivery and strong internal controls to achieve the mission and deliver value to clients.
