Operation Manager-Fast Food

The restaurant Operations Manager will play the key role in both operations of our chain restaurants. The restaurant, Operation manager has the overall responsibility for directing the daily operations of the restaurants, ensuring compliance with company standard in all areas of operation, including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurants maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting and retention of team members, financial accountability, ensuring that the highest quality products and services and delivered to each customer and other duties as required or assigned . * Effectively manage the restaurants within the policies and guidelines of the company, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction at all times, * Controls day - to day operations by scheduling labor, ordering food and supplies, and developing the restaurants team. * Ensure local health and safety, company safety and security policy are met . * Control profit & loss, by following cash control / security procedures, maintaining inventory managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions, * Recruits, interviews, and hires team members, conducts performance appraisals, take discipline actions, motivates and trains . * Ensure maintenance of equipment, facility, and grounds through the use of preventative maintenance program. * Ensure Food quality. * Ensure complete and timely execution of corporate & local marketing programs. * Ensure a safe working and customer experience environment by facilitating safe work behaviors of the team. * Maintain adherence to processing schedules in order to maximize the utilizations of resources to satisfy processing requirements and demand. * Collaborate with supply chain to determine Processing commitments based on overall demand and sales forecast. * Drive overall process improvements to increase inventory turns, reduce cost, improve product yields, improve quality, and build safety awareness. * Support internal as well as external customer in all matters related to production and quality of products,
