Secretary/Administrator
An administrator provides both clerical and administrative support to company staff will be involved with the coordination and implementation of office procedures and be responsible for organizing all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of an office. Tasks: • using content management systems to maintain and update websites and internal databases • managing filing systems • recording office expenditure and managing the budget • organizing the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment • dealing with telephone and email inquiries • scheduling and attending meetings, creating agendas and taking minutes • keeping diaries and arranging appointments and meetings • developing and implementing new administrative systems, such as record management
