Bookkeeper/Accountant
Position: Bookkeeper/accountant Permanent, full time (previous pharmaceutical/cosmetic industry preferred) - Minimum 2/3 years experience basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting entire procedure. - Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks an asset) - Daily bookkeeping entries. - Cash and bank deposit, remittance and collection. - Invoicing and receivables controls. - Inventory controls - Assist with sales tax reporting. - Assist in preparing financial statements (balance sheet, P/L …) - Good communication skills (English proficiency a definite plus) - Numeric and mathematical skills - Professional confidentiality.
