Regional HR Manager Start Up

My client is an exciting young and rapidly growing organisation and due to this remarkable growth they are seeking to employ a young motivated and dynamic HR professional to set up the HR function across the Region.



To be considered for this role you need to be a strong HR Generalist with about 812 yrs of experience of which at least 3 years was at Senior Management level. Someone who is Western Educated and also experienced in working in a start up environment would be the ideal candidate for this position.



You will be required to set up all aspects of HR including Compensation and Benefits Training and Development Talent Management Succession Planning and Employee Relations and manage a team of about 46 HR professionals
