Junior Sales Account Manager
The Sales Account Manager is responsible for the profitable growth of the Ad-hoc, Small, Medium and Large customers segments managed within the relevant geographically based sales territory. This growth will be achieved through the correct execution of the agreed TNT TSM sales processes leading to successful customer acquisition and development in line with the Global and BU/OU/Country sales strategy. Key Accountabilities & Activities - Working on a territory with an Indoor Sales Executives, to win, develop and retain Medium and Large customers within a specific geographic territory, through regular face to face contact - Plans and prepares sales visits to both existing and prospect customers e.g. contact person, potential, trading history, etc using the sales system and other available, relevant information - Identifies the potential value of prospect customers and makes appropriate offers in line with the TNT commercial policy to win the business - Performs business development visits to Decision Making Unit within existing and prospect customers according to the agreed activity KPI’s and approved TSM sales processes - Supports marketing campaigns by visiting target customers as appointed by the Indoor Sales Executive - Presents the most valuable solution for every customer supported by the full range of TNT products, services and technologies - Wins new medium and large customers through the closing of business on the appropriate tariffs - Develops additional revenue streams through up selling and/or cross selling - Collects competitor intelligence to create awareness of local market trends and competitors activities - Perform all sales administration activities in order to maintain accurate information essential to develop revenue and improve customer satisfaction and maximize the face-to-face selling time - Develops constructive relationships with internal stakeholder that support success in the TSM channel to ensure TNT’s customer value proposition continues to meet the requirements of TSM customers - execute relevant TSM processes, policies and procedures in order to ensure the consistency, efficiency and quality of internal and external customer expectations Preferred Experience and Knowledge - From 0 to 2 years of experience in a direct sales role with proven sales results - Demonstrated analytical, interpersonal and negotiation skills - Organizational awareness (structure and products & services) - Excellent communication skills at operation and decision making level - Good English skills - Own a car Necessary Technical / Functional Skills - Challenger skills; Teaches for differentiation and takes control. - Responsible - High spirit - Ability to give customers insights for new approaches and new ideas on solutions for their business - Ability to demonstrate (social) networking skills - Microsoft Office applications - Driving license If you are interested please send your updated CV aligned with a recent photo to , Email: mohamed.marzok@outlook.com Please quote “Junior Sales Account Manager “ in the subject line .
