As a member of the Cisco Sales Team you will become a part of an elite group of globally recognized sales professionals

The Team
Cisco seeks an experienced Partner System Engineer with a proven track record working and partnering with Account managers to service customers and partners. Partner Led System Engineer is a technical professional with a broad general knowledge of Cisco products solutions technologies and related programs.

Role amp Responsibilities
● Demonstrates expertise within a specific area of technical subspecialization in order to support partner capability and investment in specialized Cisco offerings.
● Educates the partner on Cisco's architectural plays and drive partner investment and practice building in support of architectural and solution strategies.
● To be viewed as a trusted advisor of senior partner technical and business leadership works with partner leadership to codevelop technical business plan investment business case and execution enablement needs.
● Leads partner enablement and growth by engaging the appropriate resources in order to execute technical sales training management of technical certifications support of postsale services model development and appropriate sales process support
● Acts as the primary owner of the partner technical relationship
● Provide input regarding partner landscape within a local market solutions offered quality of service and technical reputation technical and strategic

Minimum Qualifications
● Indepth knowledge of Cisco’s product portfolio with competitive knowledge including solution technology and product offerings
● Strong architectural selling capabilities
● Must be able to successfully work with Account teams and develop “a trusted advisor” status in the account.
● Strong communications amp presentation skills
● Demonstrable ability to drive adoption of Cisco technology solutions through channel partners and into customers
● Understand the Line of Business buyers Sales cycle and the challenges that can affect the forecast

Desired Skills
● Indepth knowledge of baseline Systems Engineering skills in Routing and Switching technology
● Strong knowledge in DC virtualization security and mobility and collaboration architectures
● Proven track record of customer driven data networking consultancy is essential at technical levels and CxO levels.
● Cisco certification either CCNP or CCDP CCIE and CCDE
● Strong negotiation skills
● Demonstrable ability to drive adoption of Cisco technology solutions through channel partners and into customers
