Our client is a large joint venture between two GCC contractors to complete the development of contracting projects around Lusail City. They are in need of an experienced Rebar Engineer for a Light Rail Transit LRT project within Lusail City. This is a longterm 5 year project and a great career opportunity.

Responsibilities

nbsp

• nbsp nbsp Cascades down into the organization the company Vision and strategies.


• nbsp nbsp Assigns responsibilities within his organization as he sees fit to ensure the best possible delivery of his responsibilities. The way he assigns them does not relieve him from his responsibility towards the Project Manager.


• nbsp nbsp Establishes and maintains a valid and detailed construction schedule ensures the availability of technical documentation for the construction activities.


• nbsp nbsp Ensures the data collecting system for planning invoicing controlling and reporting prepares the contractually foreseen reports as well as the Company internal project control reports as per Company procedures.


• nbsp nbsp Ensures the availability at all times of a valid premeasurement of all the works and provides information for quantities of materials consumed versus quantities invoiced.


• nbsp nbsp Establish an invoicing procedure and supervise its proper application.


• nbsp nbsp Establish the cost control system in cooperation with the Commercial Mgr as per Company procedures and supervises its proper application ensures the smooth cooperation with the


• nbsp nbsp Commercial amp HR sections of the Project.


• nbsp nbsp Ensure proper control over the Project performance compared to the tender ensures proper control of subcontractors invoices.

  • nbsp nbsp 15 experience including Rail projects

  • nbsp nbsp Communication and interpersonal skills
  
  
  • nbsp nbsp Capability to perform under stressful situations
