Sales Manager International Corporate Kitchen Sales to cover Qatar
The Role
My client specializes in planning quality design supply installation and maintenance of industrial kitchen equipment laundry equipment cold rooms bakery equipment housekeeping equipment and materials and hotel interior design. Clients include private and government offices hospitals hotels military airlines oil companies and schools internationally. Since establishing they have become of the leading Kitchen design supply installation and maintenance worldwide.
A new role has opened up for a Sales Manager to manage all sales activities in Qatar territory in order to develop grow and build Key Accounts Retail and Services revenue portfolio while maintaining positive relations with Stakeholders and goodwill and brand equity.
Job Responsibilities
Grow and manage Qatar sales to achieve set targets and goodwill in the market.
Identify prospect Customers and ways to attract and retain in order to increase revenue portfolio.
Plan and Report on sales actual and pipeline by sales channels to achieve GOP targets.
Develop and submit sales and management reporting to General Manager and management team to ensure business objectives are on plan.
Responsible for supporting all annual maintenance contracts to current and potential customers to meet the desired quota.
Negotiate and secures sales develops existing accounts and acquires new account.
Develop salesbusiness development plan.
Develop lead and maintain a viable network of business contacts and
prospective to consistently meet and exceed set sales targets.
Identify and work on new business opportunities and clients to drive market leadership.
Provide support guides and motivates the sales team in order to achieve the company’s goals and targets.
Capture and report stakeholder feedback and recommends areas of Improvements.
Lead organization of sales team and drafting of Job Descriptions with HR.
Management Responsibilities
Extend support to other departments Group Finance and Legal in line with authority matrix that shall be developedupdated from time to time.
Capture and report stakeholder feedback and recommends areas of Improvements.
Lead department organization and draft Job Descriptions with HR.
Prepare annual budgets and objectives and consolidate with Group Corporate Planning to ensure that the Department achieves set objectives and budgets.
Assist department in performing their daily activities.
Streamline communication among team members within department.
Assist General Manager in achieving the overall objectives by delivering the required results.
Track and control department actual against the approved budget.
Requirements
Minimum Qualification EducationCertification
Minimum Bachelor Degree in relevant field of study or equivalent
Minimum Experience
8 years total experience with a strong technical back ground in industrial kitchens or equivalent
