Production Coordination



Liaise with suppliers to ensure the Marketing POP is produced according to the brand guidelines in a timely manner and within the allocated budget.



Coordinate with logistics VM and suppliers to ensure delivery of POP to stores and suppliers.



Support amp Implementation



Assist the Marketing Manager in executing offline and online media plans events and other marketing projects in order to ensure that these are in line with the brand standards.



Media Buying



Assist the Marketing Manager in identifying advertising opportunities in order to maximize brand exposure.



Contact and negotiate with media suppliers when necessary in order to obtain competitive rates.



Administrative Support



Coordinate with all internal parties to ensure accurate completion of required paperwork 8211 permissions invoices and delivery etc. in order to ensure smooth distribution of all marketing material to the company and its clients.
