Front Office Receptionist Female Only
As a Front Office Receptionist you will deliver friendly efficient customer service and to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all of our guests with the key aim of retaining and attracting new customers and your role will include key responsibilities such as
Deliver excellent customer service at all times
Deal with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner in person on the telephone or via email
Administer all reservations cancellations and noshows in line with hotel policy
Keep up to date with current promotions and hotel pricing to provide information to guests on request while maximising bedroom sales opportunities
Fulfil all reasonable requests from guests to ensure their comfort satisfaction and safety
Be responsible for evacuation in cases of emergency acting as first point of contact for guests and the emergency services
Maintain personal knowledge by completing inhouse training and workbooks
Always adhere to all hotel policies and procedures and licensing laws
Be involved and contribute at team meetings
Carry out instructions given by the management
Skills
Requirements
Previous experience as a Front Office Receptionist in a 3 or 4 Hotel is a must
Enthusiastic courteous helpful to colleagues customers
Good understanding of the hotel operation the local competitors
Recognizing understanding differences trends
Adaptability integrity
Accept responsibility for own performance
