CSR Coordinatior
The Role
Key Role amp Responsibilities
CSR Strategy and Implementation
•Responsible for developing and implementing the organization’s Corporate Social Responsibility strategy and identify programs to be implemented internally and externally.
•Prepare a yearly CSR action plan for the organization and run each event end to end to ensure smooth operations and success of the event.
•Continuously update and finalize strategies basis the dynamics of the market and the requirements of the BU.
•Collaborate with the various functions to ensure proper implementation of programs and identify ways to enhance the process if needed.
•Support in the preparation of the CSR Budget and Manage CSR budget once approved.
CSR Initiatives and Action Plan
•Stay ahead with the latest CSR trends and global initiatives.
•Analyze amp study CSR related sponsorship requests weight the return on investments and submit briefs for approvals.
•Responsible for preparing Sustainability reports covering the annual performance at the CSR front to be submitted internally and externally as needed.
Community and External Relations
•Act as the lead media relations person and spokesperson for LEC.
•Deal on a regular basis with Government and Non Government organizations to enhance the LEC social responsibility efforts.
•Manage the relationship with authorities and local organizations and identify best collaboration opportunities.
•Manage volunteering initiatives and ensure proper implementation of activities including all required logistics and PR.
•Create and sustains awareness among the various internal and external stakeholders to build understanding and appreciation of the company’s goals the principles by which the company operates and the styles of management it endorses.
External Media Management
•Publicize the corporate events sponsored by Lafarge which would emphasis on the initiatives taken by LEC and improve the brand image of the company.
•Ability to deal with media for external or internal events. Maintain open channel with Media personnel and have strong network communications.
•Create enhance and maintain a professional and positive image of LEC for both internal and external audience.
Internal Communication
•Ensure coverage of all CSR activities by Internal Communications.
•Prepare writeups for websites and other publications.
Operations
•Ensure keeping records of all volunteering initiatives call reports post event analysis pictures number of volunteers cost number of activities satisfaction rates etc.
Requirements
Min Qualifications
•Bachelors in communications or similar degree.
Min Experience
•45 years of similar experience.
