Admissions and Financial Aid Manager




Contribute to the development and implementation of successful student recruitment outreach and marketing plans and campaigns






Manage and deliver specific student outreach and recruitment activities including student interviews undergraduate universities visits organization of and participation in regional open days and other student focused events.






Create and maintain effective admissions and financial aid procedures and processes.






Supervises the admission of continuing and incoming students ensuring appropriate assessment and applicability towards choice of major.






Ensure all enquiries by prospective students and other stakeholders are responded to in a timely manner






Responsible for storing maintaining and reporting all admissions and financial aid records such as applications and records grades and transcripts and all other relevant data






Present DI with studies reports and analysis of admissions financial aid and other academic data as requested.




Responsible for the evaluation of credits earned for degree completiongraduation.




Oversee the design of promotional literature and display materials for recruitment admissions and financial aid.






Prepare and manage budgets for all areas of responsibility.




Advises students faculty deans and other stakeholders regarding the operations and policies of the admissions and financial aid section of the Enrollment and Student Affairs Department.





Skills


•A Bachelors degree in business administration human resources public administration personnel management or related field. Masters degree in a related field preferred.

•Five or more years of increasingly responsible experience in admissions records and financial aid management in higher education within the last eight years.

•Fluency in both Arabic and English written and verbal.

•Excellent communication and managerial skills.

•Demonstrated understanding of the application of technology to deliver admissions services.

•Ability to formulate and articulate policies procedures expectations and practices.

•Strong analytical problem solving mathematicalstatistical time management and organizational skills.

•Ability to use technology efficiently and appropriately.

•Good knowledge of admissions records and financial aid operational procedures and practices.
