Supervisor

•Achieve operational objectives by
•Contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews
•Preparing and completing action plans for the FOH team including daily responsibilities
•Adhering to production productivity quality and customerservice standards
•Resolving FOH team issues and guest complaints
•Manage and supervise the FOH team and the FOH daily operations to ensure that it operates efficiently
•Stay updated on all policies memos procedures promotions and communicate changes to the team
•Continuously improve operational execution through attention to detail and adherence to operating standards and philosophies
•Control FOH operations including but not limited to product quality and presentation staffworkplace health and safety service standards maintenance of facilities equipment guest satisfaction etc.
•Make sure that all SOPs are followed at opening closing and during service hours
•Delegate tasks among team members and assign service sections to each waiter
•Be present at the restaurant’s opening and closing
•Assist the Outlet manager in ensuring adequate staffing of the FOH team at all times
•Stay updated on all services and communicate daily changes to the team
•Update and review the daily restaurant logbook
•Follow up on all FOH maintenance issues
•Help in any area of the restaurant when circumstances dictate
•Maintain a favorable relationship with all employees to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate to maximizing morale productivity and efficiency
Skills
•Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Supervisor or 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager preferably in Lebanese or Mediterranean Restaurant
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Outlet manager and following all Brasserie policies and procedures the Supervisor is responsible for the overall performance of the assigned restaurant including but not limited to maintaining high Food Beverage service health and safety standards in the Front of House daily operations.
