•Daily operations

•Ensure cleaning and resetting of tables throughout the service period

•Maintain orderly appearance of side stations throughout the service period

•Perform glass and chinaware polishing

•Perform side work at the start and end of each shift restaurant cleaning and set up station refill etc.

•Assist CDRs in completing daily opening and closing duties

•Effectively communicate with kitchen and service staff and provide functional assistance

•Ensure limited crockery damage and report any breakages to the Shift LeaderSupervisor

•Ensure that the dining area meets hygiene standards at all times including floor chairs tables etc.

•Carry food supplies utensils and equipment to and from storage and work areas

•Keep management promptly informed of any Front of House maintenance or service issues redirect guest complaints when necessary

Skills

•Minimum of 1 year of experience as a runnercommis in a Restaurant

Responsibilities

The Service commis’ primary objective is to assist CDR throughout the service as directed. They are responsible for ensuring overall cleanliness smooth operations and providing friendly attentive and timely service to enhance guest’s experience.
