About the Job

Position Summary

In this position you will work with the Assistant Vice President of Business Analysis for AIG Distributors on special projects financial analysis presentations data analysis budgeting and reporting with regard to sales activities.



Performance Objectives

Develop and maintain regular monthly expense reporting and variance analysis for assigned sales cost centers.

1. Responsible for all reporting to the Head office.


2. Prepare Budget and forecast.


3. Report all Variance analysis.


4. Reconciliation of results to reported sales to ensure accuracycompleteness of data


5. Ensure all responsibilities and reporting is properly controlled.


6. Perform audits amp reconciliations of reporting data to ensure completeness and accuracy.
   
   Consolidate sales and expense reporting and analysis across selected product lines.
   
   Perform monthly closing activities for assigned cost centers.
   
   Work with sales management to develop the annual budget and quarterly forecasts for AIG Distributors.
   
   Provide periodic internal and industry sales reporting and analysis
   
   Work closely senior management presentations and reporting packages.
   
   Perform ad hoc report assignments as requested by management.
   
   Other duties as assigned.
