Duties and Responsibilities

nbsp

• We are hiring for an exceptional Senior Quantity Surveyor for Riyadh KSA for large infrastructure projects.


• Estimating and cost planning stages feasibility to detailed design of CAPEX and OPEX costs


• Preparation of cashflow estimates and updating at each stage


• Overseeing the preparation of bills of quantities in accordance with CESMM QSMM and SMM


• Assist in preparation of tender documentation and tender analysis for consultants or contractors


• Assist in selecting negotiating and forming contracts with a good knowledge of FIDIC contracts


• Change management provision of estimates and overall budget control


• Post contract administration services of consultants and contractors


• Review of variations claims quantum and provision of contractual advice


• Management of consultants and contractor agreements and provision of reports as required by the client and other stakeholders


• Quality control compliance with policies and procedures


• Participate in value engineering and life cycle costing and assist in risk management

  Qualifications and requirements

  
  

  You must have

  
  

  
  
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying
  
  
  • Professional Qualification e.g. MRICS
  
  
  • At least 10 years post graduate experience
  
  
  • Strong experience in delivery of cost consultancy services
  
  
  • Middle East or International experience preferred
