Marcom Manager – Business Banking
To be responsible for conceptualising and implementing product marketing and promotional initiatives for RAKBANK Business Banking Products thereby contributing to the achievement of predetermined productwise business dimensions.
Also be responbile for conceptualising and executing the 360 degrees integrated communications initiatives for RAKBANK Business Banking Products by managing effectively all inhouse marketing activities in coordination with the Advertising Agency suppliers and vendors
Accountabilities
1.Develop all Business Banking product collaterals in consultation with the Business Banking Product team through the advertising agency.
2.Liaise with the Advertising Agency to build the most effective 360 degrees integrated ATL advertising campaign that aligns with the productpromotional objectives for Business Banking.
3.Implementation of BTL advertising on all inhouse mediums such as IntranetInternet ATM Screens SMS Broadcasting Branches Social Media etc.
4.Ensure compliance with regulations advertising rulesrestrictions and any other internal compliance requirements pertinent to the products.
5.Interact with ED for approvals and conduct the promotional draws pertaining to the Business Banking products from time to time.
6.Periodically benchmark the brand and its offerings versus competitorsmarket need in order to identify the Bank’s strength weaknesses opportunities and threats.
7.Design implementation and updating of the Business Banking website pages through the Bank’s content management system.
8.Translation Proofreading Writing of all Business Banking related communication material.
